Everything is beautifully painted, Bob. Lovely variation in the colours and perspective of the leaves.

A beauty Bob, the roses and the leaves.

Maureen, Mia and Carole, thank you for your comments and encouragement...Happy New Year!

Very nicely done, with lovely nuances in the washes and a super palette.

Thanks Seok Yam Chew, it was a limited palette, with Ultramarine, Raw Sienna, Burnt Sienna, Light Red, Cad Yellow, W&N Lemon Yellow, Cad Orange and Permanent Rose , Olive Green ( always modified with another colour) and Neutral tint. The really dark darks were done with a colour that I haven't used before, Daniel Smith's Moonglow....I enjoyed using it.

Beautiful roses Bob, the background is good too.
