Mappa Mundi by Rob Munro
A unique, hand-made, modern stylised re-interetation of Cotton MS Tiberius 6.v., 56V, (now housed at the British Library, London) - a map of the world according to the Anglo-Saxons, probably from Canturbury, c.1025-1050 (the Dark Ages, also known as Early Middle Ages or the Viking Age). Designed as if used in a campaign tent, during a war between Anglo-Saxons and Normans or Vikings. Dimensions (including frame) : W: 80cm (31.5in); H: 90cm (35.5in).
