i wonder......... anyone got any advise on how to create effective lizard skin? when you look close at it, it's very tiny squares........

Good natural history pic, Rebecca. Can't help with drawing Lizard skin, probably with a fine point and lots of patience, too complicated for me. best Mick

Super piece, Rebecca! I wouldn't know how to paint the skin (never tried this) but I rather like him as he is. The expression is quite priceles!

This is a very first attempt of capturing an Anole Lizard. Reference pic was taken from www.arkive.org which has lots and lots of photos of animals and plants. i outlined parts of the picture with chinese ink and calligraphy pen. i used brusho watercolours :-)
