I don't quote know why, but I like this - the colours are good.

reminds me of games we played as children, I like it

Thanks so much Gudrun :-) I do not like abstract myself, but when you get that artistic feeling to create something, you just have to roll with it, I feel anyway :-) thank you for your lovely comments :-)

Hi Jenny :-) that's really cool, thanks so much for commenting :-)

Like Jenny, I was also reminded of the noughts and crosses I used to play as a child. Like it!

Same here: damned if I know why I like it, but I rather do .... it's probably the mixture of techniques. Explore this further, I suggest.

Hi Robert :-) im so pleased that this painting has been received so positively :-) i thought it may either be ignored or attacked :-p but was keen to know either way :-) everyone's comments help me to know what paintings are good and how to improve :-) this was created on impulse and was great fun :-) i can only create this type though, when i get 'the feeling' im very happy you like it too :-) thank you :-)

my website if you are interested and my blog is there too. http://rebeccalouisesaunders.weebly.com/index.html This is something different i thought i would share :-) the paper is A5 Clairefontaine 180gsm drawing paper. I found an old nail scrubbing brush and used a plastic school triangle with the brush to create the splatter effect and it worked much better this time :-) i used brusho watercolours for the splat effect :-) then i used The 2 sample 5ml tubes of Schmincke acrylic paints of ultramarine blue and (i think) lemon yellow) it felt a good relaxing thing to create :-p
