Thank you Carole, Alan, Lewis, Heather and Linda for your kind comments. The plant seems to be surviving so far though my late husband was the green fingered one, I usually manage to kill plants off.

Beautiful Val, these are one of my favourite shrubs. I don’t know about yours but my have been spectacular this year. I hope it pulls through, give it plenty of drinks!

What a beautiful calming picture Val. Hydrangea grows easily from cuttings but I'm sure it will survive the move, they're as tough as old boots :)
