Was it the lights and shadows that attracted you to paint this Val because they are very strong elements in this piece for me. Lovely washes in the walls and your perspectives are super.

I love this painting Val. It is delicate yet strong at the same time. The shadows and brickwork are great. Scotland is an artist's paradise.

Watercolour of a side street in Culross, Fife. A quaint little village that attracts lots of painters and is usually very busy in the summer months. As usual I've gone a lot "tighter" than I intended :( Thanks for looking.
