Striking work Val. I love that dark area on the top of the mount. It gives atmosphere and gives it mystery.

Soft pastel on colourfix 23/30cm Another painting from a holiday sketch and photo. This is one of Scotlands Munroes called Slioch, near Kinlochewe Wester Ross, from across Loch Maree. Unfortunately I haven't climbed it but my daughter and the dogs have. Comment and critique very welcome especially on how to improve the foreground grasses.
