Your bird themed paintings are delightful Pamela, but what a sad ending!

You have painted this well and gives a light feel to it. I know what you mean by hawks, we get a Sparrowhawk in our back garden most days, it's horrible to see them carry a small bird away but then again......it is nature. :-(
