What an exceptionally skilful drawing of the hands and I like the precision of how the hand is holding the baton Denise.

Your work is excellent, of course. That brand of pencils was my favorite when I did a lot of sketching.

Excellent Denise, love the delicate grip on the baton. Strange question to ask when you're reviewing pencils but what paper did you use?

Had a look at your review...very useful info...when next I need some pencils I'll get some. I already use their coloured pencils.

Russel for the still life sketch in the article I used Daler Rowney mixed media. For this more detail drawing I was going to use Winsor & Newton cartridge paper but then decided the white paper would look to harsh, so I had some left over Daler Rowney pastel paper with a neutral tone which I thought would work better when thinking about the highlights for this and lifting the graphite if I need to. Thanks to all who took a look at the review.
