Italian Lakeside

Lovely painting Michael, I like the colour of roof tops which make them stand out against the backdrop of the hills. Reminds me of a dvd I wathched this week by Margaret Evans, 'pen & wash', she did an Italian scene similar to this, haven't yet attempted any myself.

really nice Michael. like the soft feel in the water. And rather appropriate, as I'm off to Naples in May. I will go armed with watercolours and pencils, but don't expect to come back with anything like this!
