Beautiful, Mia - the colours are so soft and clear and what a delightful spot, drawn so well. I do hope you feel better soon.

I always love the delicacy of your work Mia - this is just lovely. Do you have more than one album because I seem to remember a lot of beautiful plant work? Anyway superb... I hope you feel better soon. Ali

Thanks Jane and Ali for your quick response. Ali, if you type my name in the search-window on the Gallery Homepage, you can see all my different albums.

Another beautiful painting Mia, so delicate and very well painted. Hope you are getting better

Oh Mia, what a super scene, and what a beautiful painting! I love the little houses and lighthouses set among the rocky crags. It has so much of the coastal atmosphere, you can almost smell the sea! I hope you recover from the flu soon. Auntie Flu is an unwanted but globetrotting world traveller, I see, because I've just recovered from a her visit. Thank you for taking the time to comment on my work under the trying circumstances.

Just beautiful Mia! Unfortunately though, I spotted your Terry & Fiona painting in this collection of MiaKetels images! I'm trying hard to forget these two and effort that I put in to painting them :)

Lovely delicate work as always! Get well soon!

Love the addition of subtle colour, hope you've sent Auntie Flu packing, lol

A delightful scene Mia, painted so well.......I hope you will be feeling well again soon.

Thanks Petra, Seok, Louise, Roger, Debs and Fiona. Your nice comments already made me feel a lot better. Hope to get drawing and painting again next week!

Ph - poor you. I had the dreaded lurgy early this month too. I don't know how you get this ethereal and crystal like quality in your work. It is quite unique. Even although you use muted and pale colours your paintings never look wishy-washy and always have a good strength to them. This is a lovely one - well done (and get better soon).

A beautiful scene, with all the textures so well described. Hope you're feeling a little better.....

Beautifully clear colours and wonderful drawing. Mia sorry you are not so well, hope you recover quickly.

Beautiful scene and good drawing Mia - hope you feel better soon.

Hello Mia. I hope that you are not feeling too grotty. This is gorgeous as ever. You paint just enough and never too much, which is a valuable skill to have. Best wishes Sarah

Another cracking pen and wash. Lovely.

Really love this little beauty Mia, I especially love how you have drawn the rock face behind the little houses . I hope you feel better soon . :)

Thank you all so very much for your encouragements. I really appreciate.

Well you know what I'm going to say! I love it. soft, clean colours and delicate lines. Mia at her best - flu or not.

What a little gem. This is such a sunny scene I love the colour you've introduced to it. Hope you're feeling beter soon Mia.

Isn't it just lovely! It caught my eye straight away on this page, so delicate but at the same time strong with a very accurate drawing. I hope that you have recovered from your cold by now Mia.

A lovely subject, Mia, and beautifully and delicately painted.

Thanks Tony, Val, Satu and Jeanette for looking at my work and take the time to post a comment.

Must have missed this one Mia when you posted, a nice composition and delightfull piece of painting and I like it a lot.

Thank you very much for your lovely comment, Graham.
