Absolutely stunning and so beautifully painted Marjorie, I have to agree the addition of the dog was inspirational. The detailing is painted so well the light reflections on the china is spot on and the wine glass are superb even down to the slight colour of the wine . If this was on for sale it would be snapped up .

Goodness Marjorie, a lesson in patience not to mention skill! This is super and I agree with heather’s comments re the dog. I also like the way you’ve incorporated the table and it’s extras.

What incredible patience and eye for detail with all those cups, saucers, jugs etc. Well done. The dog and the half hidden painting, which are well balanced, take it out of the 'painting of a dresser' and make it a slice of life.

Oil on canvas, 80cmx80cm. When a friend moved house she had no room for her dresser. She asked me to paint it so she could “ take it with her”. It has taken a while….I hope she likes it! The colours are a little warmer in reality.
