Ha ha, some of us are so self- critical! I love that tinge of delicate pink in that lovely peaceful sky.

T am envious of your skill, especially as like me you use WMOs.

It’s very harmonious and as Marjorie said the subtle pink is beautiful. You are very good at subtlety. The foreground cloud is very interesting but I wonder if it’s a bit too white in some parts, or perhaps not. I love those kind of clouds, as in After the rain by Isaac Levitan

The pink was louder in the photo, but I thought that would take away from the cloud so calmed it down. Thank you for that Majorie. I love it when I am given helpful criticism, Federico. You are so right about the cloud being too bright, both on the water and in the sky. So thank you for that, too. "After the Rain" by Isaac Levitan is gorgeous.

I'm appreciative of your encouraging, individual comments, Heather, Martin Taylor, Valerie, Diane, and Claire. ..the observation about my subdued palette. I seem to fall back on the wanting some sort of harmony and peace in my paintings, but maybe my approach is a bit boring now, so I shall try for more brush strokes and abstraction.
