A beauty Louise. I love these colours together and the dark flooded background. Not being a watercolourist, have you scrunched something over the top to get that special effect? Stained glass window, lovely.

Many thanks Jim, Lewis, Marjorie, Sandra and John. I appreciate your comments as this didn't turn out as planned and I felt that I spent a bit too long on it. It started out as just a group of figures outlined in masking fluid and thicker lines of the stuff which accounts for that 'scrunched over' effect Marjorie. Then I thought vertical stripes might look good so out came the masking tape. Then more paint to get rid of the stripes ..lol. This is why I appreciate the comments, it took some time! I'll rename it as 'waiting at the bar' John.Actually, they look as though they're eyeing up any talent..lol
