Welcome back, Louise, and what a cracker to start you off! It's lovely - buzzing with atmosphere and energy.

Lovely to see one of your energetic sketches of your beloved Manchester on the gallery again after your break. You've been missed! This isn't an easy viewpoint but you have nailed the perspective perfectly and the limited palette gives cohesion to a complicated scene.

Wow, Louise, your work really inspires me, what a beauty, glad your back posting.

Thank you so much for your rather nice, much appreciated comments. This wobbly sketch took little time as you might have guessed but a large sheet of paper is now taped to my drawing board. Hopefully it'll work out now that I have the idea (based on this composition) in my head.
