One line street

Wow that's amazing for a one liner,

Gosh - that must have taken some doing without getting totally lost. I keep saying this but I am being amazed at the energy these sketches project and I don't think you could do that if you were being careful about every line and every detail of perspective. You have got the perspective spot on but it comes over as incidental rather than something you fretted over. I think if you are excited about what you are drawing or painting, then it comes over in the work and that is what the viewer picks up on.

Many thanks Stephen and Thea. It didn't take long. I started at the top of the pointy building in the centre, down to the small cars, turned left and then backtracked to the buildings on the right ending with the big car. Also, I looked at what I was drawing and used a photo for reference. It looks complicated but it wasn't hard to do. Just a question of keeping going really and not dithering!

I love it too Louise and seeing your fantastic buildings gives me courage to try to draw them too.
