Hoorah!!!! That's fabulous news Lionel! Now, you can concentrate on other things.....like, painting. What a start with this beauty, your friend will be thrilled. Love the crisp white and blue of the house which reflects the colours in the sky and the pantile roof is really well done. The trees and hedges in the distance set the house off and give it depth. There's a lot of work in this Lionel, it's good to see you back posting.

A friend asked me to paint this picture from a photograph. Not for one minute did it occur to me how difficult it was going to be! But it's done now and I hope she likes it. She picks it up on Wednesday. Sorry I have not offered any comments recently. I have been to Spain and now back with the apartment finally SOLD!!
