Terrific combination of shapes and colours.

Awesome 👌

Interesting and, well, why not Lewis, I like it

Love this style, Lewis, great combination of shapes and colours enhanced by the white border.

They are interesting to look at Lewis, very good.

A Lewisism...just another demonstration of your amazing talent.

The artwork is excellent Lew, and always is. I have no idea as the what style it is , but that doesn’t matter it’s really interesting to look at and see how it was created . You enjoyed doing it and should do more for that reason only and we get done nice art to look at , win, win .

Not the usual Lewis style! We'll have to start calling you Mr Versatility. Well done.

The shapes and colours flow so well and complement the strangeness of the different parts Lewis. Very other worldly.

It sounds as though they almost create themselves Lewis, it has a lovely flow and balance.

Very interesting to look at Lewis whatever the style may be.

Excellent work - the style does remind me a bit of The Beatles Yellow Submarine artwork. Pop-Art maybe ?

Thanks as ever to everybody for your great encouraging comments. 'Pop Art', Andrew? Could be, I guess. I like pop art, so that'll do nicely, thanks.

Excellent use of shapes, Lewis, and it's certainly eye-catching. Such a creative and intriguing piece!

Different from you Lewis, very interesting and yes do more !

Intriguing Lewis.

Aye Aye! Puzzling!

I've no idea whether this is a style of painting, I don't see it as surreal...more a kind of doodling. You see lots like it on the internet and they interest me. I started with a realistic-ish face, and added odd shapes and things. Fun to do, I'll do more. Mixed media, A4 size.

About the Artist
Lewis Cooper

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
