I will take both right now Lewis! Your on a winner there. Great to see you back.😁

Very topical Lewis and in your great style. I still miss Woolworths, though The Range is today’s store for a cheap fix.

I already have the hat Lewis! A really cool idea.

Excellent artwork Lew , good to see your posting , missed your daily post.

Welcome back and thank you for the advice.

Super work Lewis. Everything we need in a heatwave.

Great artwork, thanks for making me smile!

Great for all this heat. Have missed your punchy, amusing, captions and wonderful illustrative work Lewis.

Back and on form Lewis - brilliant!

And the other way round, with Huskies pulling……in the far north.

Perfect ideas for the heatwave! Good to see you posting again Lew.

Thanks everybody, your comments much appreciated.

Very topical. Love them!

Back to your best Lew.

I have a hat something like that; I can wear it in the garden, but for trips to the village I choose a conventional Panama - I mean, just because one is a silly idiot is no good reason to look like one. Without wishing to make this a Public Health Announcement, though - hats ARE a good idea, even if you think they do make you look like a turnip, in this weather. I've had heat-stroke, trying to be brave and defying the sun, and it's no fun at all. Unlike your drawings, Lew - which always are.

So glad to see you back and with some great drawings - my favourite is the ice sled, that dog's expression is priceless

Some nonsense. This is my first drawing for weeks. Nothing special, but at least I've done something. It's sketchbook drawings in pen, watercolour, coloured pencils and, these days, sweat. They are compiled in photoshop where the background colour and text have been added.

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
