Congratulations Lesley - this is gorgeous!

Many congratulations Lesley, very well deserved.

You paint water superbly Lesley, and congratulations are well deserved.

Ah Lesley another beauty , you do these really good

I just don't know how you get the white of these sparkles and touches of foam to look right - pure white is very unlikely to do it..... I shall have to spy on you. It's brilliant of course, that goes without saying about your work! And congratulations on your success, which is fully deserved.

Lovely colours looks so real...

Super work Lesley, well done too!!!

I'm not surprised Lesley, it is superb in all respects.

Thanks so much Marjorie, Fiona, Russell, Jim, Dennis, Robert, Lyn, Guy and Alan, for your supportive comments, very much appreciated. Robert you are quite right about using pure white, I use the smallest hint of other colours in the mixes for foam and sparkle, flesh tint is helpful along with Cobalt violet hue to knock back the whites, (zinc and tit).

Congrats Lesley fully deserved brilliant

Well done for getting your painting into the RSMA it is a lovely painting.

Well done Lesley! Also this is beautifully done x

Congratulations Lesley, this is absolutely perfect! The water is wonderful with the sparkle!

Thank-you Dennis, Rita, Carole, Carolyn and Margaret for your very kind comments :)

Absolutely thrilled to bits to have had this painting and 'Light on Water' accepted for this year's RSMA annual exhibition in October.
