A lovely place, as you say, very different when the mass of passengers crowd the centre, much better to visit at a quieter time. You have caught the feel of that ancient city so well here.

Dubrovnik is a city of over tourism. Next to it is a cruise terminal, so it would be very crowded when the passengers disembark to visit.
