Superb drawing as always Kwok- and love the way you've greyed down much of the picture so the red/orange awning stands out and is reflected on the wall above - beautiful

Thank you everybody, I really appreciate your kind comments. I personally love this painting, as Fiona said, I purposely use a very intense red to contrast the dull background and foreground, the effect seems successful.
