Absolutely stunning...tantamount to hearing it rattling along! Great!

Thank you Thalia, the shrill bell sound is similar to our trams in Hong Kong :)

Another fabulous painting Kw

Beautiful painting KW. Love the colours, textures and the way you painted the buildings. Is it watercolour?

Thank you Carole and Heather. Yes, it is water colour on a 140lb NOT paper.

Fabulous tram, and so colourful with the track winding around and glorious buildings too,a splendid painting Kw!

This 80 years old distinctive yellow tram is still screeching and rattling through the narrow streets of Lisbon. It is both a transportation mean for the locals and the hottest spot for tourists. You could virtually touch the walls of buildings as it navigates the steep hills, narrow streets and sharp turns with its sound of squeaky brakes and shrill bells. An unforgettable and amazing experience !

I love to practice Tai Chi and do painting, especially plein aire pencil sketch when I travel and watercolour painting at home. The Covid 19 pandemic has given me a lot more time at home to practice watercolour painting.
