Good to see you back on form Michael. Really like this.

This is very impressive, I love the orange with the greys and black, brilliant 😃

Very strong this Michael, the graphite give a superb sense of movement.

Thanks Jim, Linda, John and Carole.

A lovely sketch here Michael. A nice feeling of togetherness.

I adored my grandad with all my heart and soul so this tender picture really moves me and appeals to me. Its so beautiful.

Thanks a Louise and Michael.

Thanks Michael. I'm pleased it does. I took the image from Andre Kohn. You are really lucky, all my grandparents were dead within a few months of my birth, so I didn't get the benefit of them. All I have is what my mam told me my Granda said when he saw me. He said, 'he's a canny little chap'. He was right of course.

I didn’t grow up with grandparents either Michael, we were cheated, all that lost love. I lovely drawing.

Thanks Fiona. I know, we were. If my Granda had known me I would have hoped I'd have given him as much pleasure as my grandchildren have given me. I see we're all in for some snow in the next few days. I imagine you'll be snowed-in and cosy up there. I've just started my old art class yesterday. Tomorrow I'm going back to the Tuesday one too, with Malcolm Coils a member at both. And then each Friday I'm with Joe Hush for 11weeks. I should get better.

None of the white stuff here yet but I think we’ll get a bit by the look of it. Glad to hear you’ve gone back to your classes Mick but remember, you cant improve on perfection! Lol you’ve been doing pretty well by yourself. We’ll be seeing you post some challenging stuff if Joe has anything to do with it. Has he given the class an outline of the content of the term, or is it going to be a surprise?!

Yes he has Fiona. Trees next time then water etc, so he's going to cover all the main elements by the sound of it. The reason I'm doing so much, poorly, is that I have to get the garage cleared of all the stock I've accumulated in the last couple of years.

Back on form as Jim says, and a lovely depiction of Mr Kohns work whom I admire immensely.
