Watercolour. A Wren (Women's Royal Naval Service) looking up at my mess deck window late one evening. I heard a stone strike my bedroom window, looked out and saw Jenny looking up. 'Unlock the door and let me in Mick', she pleaded. I told her to go away otherwise I would call the naval patrol to apprehend her. The cheek of it. In the end I had to call the patrol.
