Fabulous Tim, I love your style

You have achieved exactly what you set out to achieve, really good painting Tim

Thank you. It was painted in oils on a small canvas with limited time and it somehow worked. Might be because I didn't overwork anything.

It's a fabulous painting. You knew exactly when to stop and not overwork it.

Beautifully atmospheric!

When I arrive or depart London’s King’s Cross station, I have always admired the two great arched train sheds, comprised of 15,000 sq. m of glazing, supported by a wrought iron structure. This was the inspiration behind this oil painting. I have tried to capture the atmospheric light the nocturne scene of an LNER Azuma seen as I departed on a train bound for Grantham.
