I can see some like diamonds on here Spencer 🥰

An intriguing thought process on this old Beatles Rocker Spencer. A lively piece of art for a lively piece of music.

Most intriguing, Spencer. The painting certainly holds your attention!

Great painting, great message, I see an outer layer of the interconnected nature of society and how we are dependent on others for our survival it also shows a spherical cage, depicting the willingness of society to be controlled and effectively a willing slave to capitalism, and sadly many cannot see this.

You should do more abstract paintings Spencer - i really like this!

Interesting piece of art Spencer.

I instantly thought you had attempted to depict Revolution 9 from the White Album as it’s a good representation of the cacophony of that piece, however your idea is equally disturbing. Well done.

Good one Spencer. I like the thought process that resulted in this intriguing work. I’m glad you explained it

Thank you so much for all your kind and positive comments. I wasn’t sure whether to post this at all as abstract isn’t really my thing. I find it so hard to create in this style. Many thanks Faye, Chris, David S, David H, Sarah, Stephen, Andrew and Martin.

You have vision Spencer. Your work is always fascinating . I like art inspired by music and the beatles are a very good choice. Wonder if you could do something inspired by tomorrow never knows.

Ooo I like this, Spencer.

Thank you so much Michael and Ellen. I’m so pleased you liked my work. Michael - ‘Tomorrow never knows’ is on my list!

I don’t normally do abstract art but linking to the Beatles ‘Revolution’ this is my attempt. Layer 1 - Brusho depicting our inner conscience Layer 2 - Grid pattern depicting our place in society according to social and cultural values Layer 3 - Spirals - the revolution in ourselves questioning what we do and why we do it and the effects of economic instability, worklessness, homelessness Layer 4 - the actions taken in a real revolution leading to death, destruction and anarchy.
