My watercolour portrait which won 3rd prize yesterday at Broadway Arts Festival! I was absolutely delighted, and I won a voucher for Rosemary & Co paintbrushes. There is a careful pencil drawing under the watercolour as I wanted to get that lovely profile just right, and some white pastel for the sitter's hair, which I put on over the watercolour at the end. Another bonus was that the sitter bought the painting.
