Completed February 2022 Our Cocker Spaniel ‘Ted’ ; having great fun playing in the Autumn leaves. When I saw the photographs my wife had taken of our dog, I felt the combination of pure happiness in the dog playing and the natural golden colours in the dying leaves was too good not paint, to attempt a capture. Again, my obsession with painting ‘every leaf’ is plain to see and certainly tested my patience. Ted also makes a good subject with his flowing locks.
