Great work Fiona! Lovely, lively drawing and I love the way you have been able to show the sky and the water with similar colours but completely different is remarkable.

This is lovely Fiona - cool watery colours give it real atmosphere. And just the right amount of strokes in the water - you're very good at minimum for max effect ( if you get my drift).

Lovely painting Fiona lovely washes I especially love the sky on this one.

As Satu has said the drawing is very lively in this one. I like the way you have darkened the water in the foreground, creates a sense of depth. The near right jumble of weeds and post also works well. The only comment I can think of is that the right hand mooring posts reflection sould point a little to the right.

Thanks very much Caroline and Val for your feedback, much appreciated. Val, the paper is, Jacksons : Watercolour Paper : Block : 12s : 300gsm : Rough. I like it for doing pen & wash work on, they do different sizes and it's about £5 and a few pence. If you look on their website it's the block with the green cover, not the hand made paper.
