Thank you Val. The chap in the book shop looked appaulled when I said I was going to tear the books up. I forgot to add that the splashes of colour are ink also. Don't panic Marjorie, there's still 18 days left..... besides, I won't be sending them until next Christmas!! lol (only kidding) Andre, Chandra thank you both very much.

Dennis, I would have had a wee sing-a-long but I didn't recognise half the carols. The books I took the music from where printed in 1906 and the 1930's. Thank you Ruth, yes, I think if I do this next year I will start in June!! Thanks Carole, I think the secret of success with your own cards is starting early enough, I didn't and that's why I've used simple designs.....next year, I'll be on the ball...HA! What a great idea Fiona - they look stunning . I usually print my own Christmas cards but this years lead up has been so hectic that l've cheated somewhat and had the local printers print one of my little pastel sketches for me !!!!!!!!
