It works well for this Paul. Great.

I really love this painting, great proportion and perspective. I enjoy using ink before watercolour, it often has the look of an illustration, just as this does!

Love the addition of watercolour to your painting, it's just subtle enough, not too much it overpowers your lovely drawing, 👍😀

Good one Paul

Thank you all for your very kind comments they are very much appreciated, and encouraging. I was unsure of the painting myself as it’s a new way of working for me, what is pleasing is that it seems to be received well and I think I will try a few more.

Great perspective and subsidies colours. Works well.

Lovely idea Paul, excellent indeed!

Excellent pen work Paul and a very good balance of washes.

Thank you Richard, Alan and Fiona for you much appreciated comments.

A4 pen and watercolour. New venture for me as I have not used pen and watercolour before, trying to pint with as little paint as possible. Lovely old truck parked up and abandoned. The pendulum on the centre trunk was tethered to enable the driver to se if there was any movement.
