I like this, Derek! The figures have both movement and colour. I find it interesting how sometimes what we think hasn't worked out can often surprise us with its power.

30 x 20cms on the back of an acrylic paper card, waiting for a new order. This is the piece I mentioned yesterday that was binned as I started it all wrong. Using the card as the base colour, I still got this wrong by not using a strong background tone and thereefore you can see where I have had to very very very carefully outline the main heads with a blue/grey. This is based on Max's "Walking thing" in the current Artist magazine for a subject to push my card technique and it was a push. Added extra and omitted figures for practice..
