I am sure you will transform it into something stunning Derek.

Not sure yet but thanks Kal. It's, as they say, on the back burner.

I think this could work as an abstract. I'll tell you what I saw in the picture before I read your description: a landscape painting, perhaps of Norfolk or Lincolnshire, looking across a field to a distant shore with some kind of headland on the right ... The vertical white lines being cow parsley in the foreground, the horizontal pink lines being skeins of migrating geese ... Maybe I have an odd imagination, but if you'd described it as a landscape such as this, I would've believed you. As it stands, I quite like it.

Thanks Kay that is really a good description and well worth keeping.

This is intriguing, Derek. I do like the palette, and I look forward to see how you'll develop it further.

Thanks Seok, not sure I will.

I started with watercolours to get an underpainting before going in with acrylics, an idea in mind, but then these strange lines appeared. I think the Bockingford was not sized properly. I got a refund and replacement from Dalors I remember. Now thinking totally abstract but unsure of what to to do with it. That title is just for refererence. Any clues out there please? 36 x 16cms

Eleventyeight as my hashing pals called my new age recently, it's supposed to sound better. Trying to paint every day in acrylics using only expired credit/debit cards, and partially succeeding as they're only for me and not show these days.
