The character is King Alfred as the icon for the Very Worthy Winchester Hash House Harriers, he is riding a cool water pistol toting dolphin which is the icon for the pub the Nursley Hash Harriers started in. The king is holding a bog brush which is a forfeit and what every prize prat has to carry for a run for a week until it&#39;s handed to another prize prat. The PBath is what it looks like and forms part of another forfeit
