We have an apartment there - lost count of the number of times we've visited although it's visited more by our children these days than by us.

The character is King Alfred as the icon for the Very Worthy Winchester Hash House Harriers, he is riding a cool water pistol toting dolphin which is the icon for the pub the Nursley Hash Harriers started in. The king is holding a bog brush which is a forfeit and what every prize prat has to carry for a run for a week until it's handed to another prize prat. The PBath is what it looks like and forms part of another forfeit
