Great colour combo, the effect is almost of a 'negative ' photo. Great work Derek..always an enjoyable view. Have a wonderful Christmas and a happy, healthy productive new year.

Great painting Derek great subject with dignity Merry Christmas

Good clear colour combination Derek

Love this picture Derek, but I've enjoyed all your pictures during the year. Looking forward to more in '17.

Something fascinating about old buildings I like them to Derek. That is a great contrast in the yellows forage .

Foreground and background is a great, successful, contrast and the simple, yet very interesting, subject draws your eye and mind.

Thanks to Fiona, Carole, dennis, Valerie, David, Willie, Sylvia and Michael. Some lovely thoughts and comments.
