Urban Sketching - I think, is a national bunch of people who get together and paint at a given venue but choosing their own subject. As far as I know there are now memberships, no fees no hierachy.

A4 book, two sketches one page in 45minutes en-plein aire, damn cold but sunny down at the city rubbish dump. Old fridges being loaded into a truck, then the top of a digger.
