Before this last ‘lockdown’ and while it was still reasonably warm, my Art Club was permitted to work in the grounds of Peckover House, socially distanced of course. I preferred bricks to botany and chose to paint the side view of the house from a corner of what would have been the stable yard in years gone by. It was never quite finished - I think the addition of a couple of figures would help give the picture more life. Oh, and a sky colour would help.
