I undertook Art History and Drawing at college. On leaving, my art was put on hold for many years as I worked for employers in unrelated streams. In the early 2000's I returned to art for my own pleasure. I started drawing animals for friends which grew into producing commissioned dog and horse portraits. Recently discovered the joy of human portraiture, attending local classes. In the last three years I've, in addition, diversified into sculpture. I work in casting-wax that is then cast at a foundry into bronze. Human figures, horses and abstract work to date. My websites FenDLucieSculpture.co.uk and Gundogportrait.co.uk both show more of my work.
