Promenading on Southwold Harbour
Periodically I shuffle through the hundreds of paintings I have made over the years trying to decide which I can dispose of. Occasionally, I find one I can use to boost the local authorities salvage efforts. Today I came across a couple of unfinished sketches made whilst on holiday in Southwold. I remember an American painter friend telling me that I should use CTC to assess my paintings - you don’t have to frame all that you paint. This is what I was left with after some judicious cropping.
