But very well done Russell. I always find it harder to draw a profile facing this direction…..not sure why, being right handed perhaps?

Brilliant as ever Russell, doesn’t look as if you had any difficulty at all. ( Good point about which way the subject is facing Marjorie. When I draw a face, it’s always the opposite to Russell’s drawing above. I’m right handed. Once for an art club challenge we had to draw with the ‘wrong’ hand, with my left hand I drew a person facing the opposite way.)

We do not usually see one another in profile, and likeness seems a bit different. For example I did one of mum, she said that’s not me but daughter said it is mum. Super drawing Russell.

Thank you everyone for your lovely comments, I really do appreciate them. I agree with you both Marjorie and Lewis, I too find it harder to draw a profile facing west as it were. Marjorie I recall you querying this in a comment on one of my drawings a few years back.
