Watercolour 20" x 16" this view is one of my favourite of the Welsh `Matterhorn` It is a view that can be seen from the B4410 after leaving the small village of Garreg. I don`t always paint `Plein Air` . I often sketch on site and then take a series of photographes that will help when i paint it in our studio. It is however a lovely thing to paint outside as well, but the detail can be overwellming, this is where the sketch can be helpful.
