This is nice, good presentation of colours with limited palette.

This is so beautifully tranquil David. Superb reflections, sense of distance and that amazing sky is so appealing.

20" x 27" watercolour. Colour; FU, RS, Brown M, Light R. This is a fairly limited palette. The distant mountain was a mix of the sky colours which will give a greyish colour and the greens were FU + RS. Light Red was dropped in, in the castle area to draw the eye. The reflections were done using the same colour as the element it is reflecting i.e the trees. The basic principles of reflections is `the darks get lighter and the lights get darker` of course this can vary due to sky and water colour.
