Still learning and experimenting. Tried out layering and glazing on this one. It’s my take on Ian Scott Massie’s beautiful “Moonlight Whitby”. Reading his article on finding your inspiration in the May issue of Leisure Painter, I was immediately stunned by this picture and it’s haunting beauty so I had to give it a try. Layering and glazing is not easy but I learned another skill from it and was pleased with my effort.
