Had another go at layering again with Ian Scott Massie’s demonstration of Fountains Abbey in part two of find your inspiration in the June issue of Leisure Painter. Pleased again with the result but know I can improve on it more next time I try layering. Thanks to Ian for his inspiration, encouragement and advice in the demo about not going too far and messing with the painting which I admit I do a lot, to my detriment.
