The last painting I finished last year. I love toucans but hadn't managed to get a good enough picture to use until now. It took a few goes to get the background clean enough but it was worth the effort! Acrylic gouache on canvas panel, 40x40cm

I'm an acrylic painter finally getting started again after a long break while my children were small. Birds and animals are my favourite (currently only, subjects), and despite planning to start small my paintings are rapidly increasing in size as I regain confidence!
