Biography

Hello! I am from Nottinghamshire. I’ve always enjoyed arts and crafts and as a child I’d be drawing, painting, stitching or trying a new craft. I am new to Painters Online and so will be adding my paintings and artwork over the next few weeks or so. I sell my work on Etsy if you are interested in purchasing any of my paintings. https://cbartsandcraftsshop.etsy.com/ I studied Art for GCSE and A-level, before studying a BA(Hons) in Management at University and pursuing my career in various positions. I then started a family and stayed at home for a while. Following this I went back to University, this time in Nottingham and studied an MSc in Nursing. I paint for fun and find it therapeutic, although my work is beginning to take over my dining room, which is why I do the occasional craft fair or art trail and sell online. I spend a lot of time at the side of a lake or water of some kind, I’m the original ‘fisherman’s friend’ (also known as my Husband), and so it gives me chance to sit amongst nature and paint. I also really enjoy, and find it pleasurable, looking at other people’s artwork too. I very much appreciate any likes and comments and I hope you enjoy looking at my work :)
