I particularly like the similarity of movement of the main wave echoed in the form of the driftwood Carole.

Your palette choice has given it a warm glow, a charming scene with your granddaughter's hesitantancy well captured. (I'd like the log in my garden, a bit big maybe, but very sculptural).
