I love your Clever decision of colours —a hint of blue in eyes, thin pink lip, white pearl earrings and glowing sunny colour as a whole. Truly great piece!

Carole, this is an example of a pastel painting that is SMOOTH! You know from my work that it's nearly all grainy. You say pastel paper, but what paper is it that has enabled you to produce this beautiful self-portrait?
