I was out painting en plein air a couple of days ago with the Ludlow Friday Group at Kyre Park near Tenbury Wells. I was attracted by the colourful plants and bullrushes around one of the little lakes, and settled myself on an island to paint this view looking up towards the house. Soft pastel and pastel pencils on ochre coloured A3 Sennelier pastel paper.
